An off-site follow-up survey completed on February 9, 2023 found that Dongy Homecare and Residential Services had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state relicensure survey completed on November 29, 2022.
